About Us
Genuine Comics is a small independent comic book production studio that originates from the Netherlands, where it was founded by a group of young students in 1994. Between 1994 and 2000 Genuine Comics produced and released a few Dutch comics, after which it went into hiatus for 15 years.
In 2015, one of the original founders, Dave Brink, returned to comic production, and released a new title (Earthling) under the Genuine Comics label, this time targeting the global market. Crowdfunding platforms Kickstarter and Indiegogo made it possible to slowly build an audience and expand the range of titles.
Today, the production of Genuine Comics is a world wide experience, through a network of talented creatives from all around the globe.
